Bob Paxton
Bob has been involved in gospel music since the mid-80's when he played
drums with a group called Glory Bound. He's been a part of Billy Hale and
Sweetwater and most recently The Sounds of Joy.
Bob is originally from Winston-Salem, NC. He's a former radio DJ who enjoys
his job as PA announcer for both the mens and womens basketball teams at
Central Florida Community College. Bob has also worked with Christian radio
station WKSG - Daystar 89.5 as both a play-by-play announcer and color
analyst for their high school football broadcasts of the Belleview High School
Rattlers.
He's a big NASCAR fan, an instrument rated private pilot and a novice skydiver.
His favorite gospel music group is The Original Hinsons.
Earleene Roberts
Earleene was born in Michigan, but really claims Kentucky as home. A veteran
gospel singer and songwriter, she has recorded neary 40 gospel albums with
such groups as The Bride of Christ Singers and The Sounds of Joy.
Britt Roberts
A Texas native, Britt is Earleene's husband. He is the group's equipment
manager and sound technician.
